ouroboros bowl

This serving bowl features an intricate design of a snake (ouroboros) with overlapping head parts. The bowl is thrown on the potters wheel, cut and rejoined and embellished with sgraffito details.
The inner part of the bowl is slip painted and glazed, the outer part is a raw dark brown clay.
